Originally from a small Kansas town,  I grew up with family summer trips to Colorado.  Thus, began a love affair with mountain communities and all that they have to offer.

My wife and I discovered Bend/Sunriver over 12 years ago when I participated in the Pac Am Golf Tournament.  From our first visit, we thought Bend/Sunriver is where we wanted to live and work.  After many years in the Los Angeles area, we decided to make the move to Bend/Sunriver. What a wonderful experience it has been.  We are living our dream!  We enjoy the change of seasons, all the outdoor activities at our doorstep, and I personally love the access to the wonderful golfing community the area is known for.

I view the decision to own real estate as a long term commitment. I have discovered a much higher level of confidence and loyalty exists when a prospective buyer or seller realizes that our relationship only begins with the purchase or sale.
